Geneva Shanti

Geneva was born in Carmel by the Sea and has called San Francisco & the Bay Area home for over 25 years. Geneva is a true Northern California native and she leverages this locality to provide clients with true local expertise. Geneva has experienced San Francisco’s changes and growth first-hand and has a detailed eye for understanding property value for buyers, sellers, and investors.

In parallel to real estate, Geneva has over 20 years of experience running her own photography business and has completed just as many years’ work in marketing, technology and media production. Her experience with photography and these related fields gives Geneva valuable insight when preparing a home for market and showcasing a home’s value in the best possible light. Combined with her affinity for helping clients achieve their ambitions Geneva has a unique advantage over other realtors.

Henrik Thorenfeldt

Henrik was born and raised in Denmark and moved to the Bay Area in his late teens. Since 2007, Henrik has immersed himself in both real estate marketing, having personally marketed over $160M in high-end real estate, and real estate sales, having assisted many clients buy and sell properties across the Bay Area. Now, he focuses his attention on helping clients specifically in San Francisco proper. Having an extensive background in real estate marketing allows Henrik to see details that other agents miss when valuing properties for both buyers and sellers. With a keen eye for detail, a goal oriented mindset, and extensive knowledge of the San Francisco market, Henrik provides unparalleled services to buyers, sellers and investors.

When he is not assisting clients, Henrik can be found sailing on the Bay, or the Mediterranean, and he enjoys camping, fishing and hiking. As a current board member of the Young Scandinavians Club, Henrik organizes many group gatherings and he has founded an event group that brings thousands of people together in San Francisco multiple times a year. Henrik is known in the community for his desire to help others and his ability to bring people together.
